Two settings decide almost everything. Use ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi rather than 2.4 GHz — the single biggest cause of stuttering on an otherwise healthy line. And if one channel freezes while the rest are fine, open the player's settings and change the decoder between HW, HW+ and SW, then raise the buffer a step. Message us on WhatsApp if it persists and we will move your line to a different server while you wait.

VLC opens the M3U link we send you and will play every channel without a setup step, though you lose the guide and the catch-up. It is the quickest way to check a line is live on a PC before you commit to a player.

Samsung and LG televisions will not accept an APK, so there is nothing to download here. You install a player from the television's own store and we attach your line to it — five minutes, no sideloading, no USB stick.
Open the LG Content Store, Samsung Apps or Google Play on Android TV and install Ibo Player, OTT Navigator or XCIPTV.
Open the app. It shows a MAC address and a device key on the activation screen — send both to us on WhatsApp exactly as they appear.
We load your playlist against that MAC. Close the app fully, reopen it, and the 24,000+ channel list is there with the guide filled in.
Android TV and Google TV are the exception — they run Play Store apps and APKs, so any download from the Android section above works on them too.
Step by step
The route almost everybody takes. Five steps, about three minutes, and nothing to pay for.
On the Firestick open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and switch on "Install unknown apps" for Downloader.
Search the Amazon app store for "Downloader" (the orange icon), install it and open it.
In the URL box enter strong8kplayer.uk/dl/vip.apk and press Go. The file is about 97 MB, so it lands in under a minute on normal broadband.
Press Install, then Done, then Delete twice — the Firestick has little storage and the APK is no longer needed once installed.
Open the app, choose Xtream Codes login, and type the username, password and portal we sent you on WhatsApp. The guide fills in about thirty seconds.
Most IPTV app lists point at a file locker somewhere else, and the day that link dies the page quietly becomes useless. Every APK on this page sits on strong8kplayer.uk, on the same server that serves this text, so the download either works or the whole site is down. If your device is not covered above — a MAG box, a Formuler, an older Smart TV — it is almost certainly still supported. Yes. Every file on this page is hosted on strong8kplayer.uk itself rather than a third-party mirror, so what you download is exactly what we uploaded. Android will still warn you about installing outside the Play Store — that warning appears for any sideloaded app.
No. Type the short link printed on each card straight into the Downloader app — for example strong8kplayer.uk/dl/vip.apk. That is the same thing a numeric code would resolve to, with one less step in between.
Not directly — Tizen and webOS do not accept APK files. Install Ibo Player, OTT Navigator or XCIPTV from your own TV store, send us the MAC address it shows on screen, and we will attach your Strong 8K IPTV line to it.
Nearly always a mistyped portal address or a trailing space copied with the password. Send us a screenshot of the login screen on WhatsApp and we will confirm the details against your line in a couple of minutes.
